Foam roller as a powerful pain reliever
I have been using the Rollga foam roller for three months. I did not want to rush into giving a review if I had only been using it for a few weeks. Initially, I planned to write in the first month, but due to various busyness, I finally write now. I chose the Rollga Ohm because I was interested in the semi-speaker feature—I don't know what to call it. This roller has a speaker that can be connected to the Rollga application, which can be downloaded via the Play Store or App Store. With this tool, I can do self-therapy to relieve pain while gaining inner peace through soothing sounds. In my opinion, this is a fantastic innovation!
