Comfortable safety foam roller
This time, the foam roller I bought is incredibly comfortable on my back, much better than the ones I’ve tried from other brands (I’ll leave names out). The unique curves are designed to target key pressure points and muscles along my back. Since I sit in front of a computer all day, using this roller helps relieve tension and soothes my back noticeably.
Although the price is slightly higher, I’d say the quality justifies the cost. I usually use it by placing it against the wall and rolling it around my upper back (shirt level) down to my lower back, then back up. The foam feels just right—not too hard or soft—and it’s very comfortable to use.
